It was in 1978 that Ninette, daughter of Augustin, and her husband Gilbert took over this discreet yet iconic place on the Saint Tropez peninsula, expanding and restoring the original buildings while preserving its the family spirit.

Their only son, Christophe, joined the family adventure about twenty years ago and was recently followed by his wife, Marie-Laure. This passionate family is devoted to upholding the values of hospitality that are so dear to them, making their establishment feel like a true “home away from home” for every guest.
