La Ferme d'Augustin offers lunch and dinner crafted with fresh ingredients, including seasonal vegetables from our garden and fruits from our orchard. Our own olive oil and wine, produced from the estate’s small vineyard, perfectly complement this authentic cuisine infused with the flavors of Provence. We do not offer half-board, allowing our guests the freedom to tailor their stay à la carte, just like at home...

BREAKFAST From 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
Served on our terraces, in the garden, the dining room or in the confort of your own room, our breakfast is made with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The continental option includes a hot beverage, freshly squeezed fruit juice, a basket of pastries, a selection of breads with jams, a fruit salad and our homemade yogurt. You may also order à la carte : our homemade granola or porridge, dried fruits, eggs prepared any style as well as a selection of cold cuts and cheeses.

LUNCH
In the shade of the mulberry trees, on the terrace beneath the wisteria or in the dining room, you will discover an honest cuisine infused with the flavors of Provence, crafted with fresh ingredients and locally caught fish. Blessed with a rich and diverse terroir, our Chef draws inspiration from the day's arrivals to create a menu full of flavorful suggestions. Alongside fresh carpaccios and ceviches and a carefully selected choice of meats, you will enjoy the signature dishes that have become staples of our menu: marinated fresh anchovies, peppers in olive oil, stuffed sardines and the "Ninette" salad. For dessert, our Tarte Tropézienne, homemade sorbets and sugar-free creations made with Natsuc are sure to delight even the most discerning sweet tooth.

DINNER
In an elegant setting, whether on the terrace, in the garden or in the dining room, dinner is a true celebration of Mediterranean flavors. On the menu: freshly caught fish and lobster depending on the day's local catch, the fisherman's platter, fish soup or bouillabaisse lovingly prepared by Sophia, a fine selection of Charolais and Black angus meats, and homemade foie gras for connoisseurs. At La table d'Augustin, you will discover a cuisine inspired by our vegetable garden and local producers, colorful tomatoes, trumpet zucchini and other seasonal vegetables bring vibrant life to each dish. For dessert, our Tarte Tropézienne, homemade sorbets and sugar-free sweets made with Natsuc will surprise and delight even the most devoted dessert lovers. In a nice relaxed atmosphere, between the pool and the garden, leaning on the bar or sitting under the mulberry trees where the scents of summer blend with the legendary conviviality of the South of France, let our bartender serve you our classic cocktails and unique creations such as the Ninette Spritz made with La Ferme's Orange Wine or the Mule Fizz by Christophe. Mocktails and fresh fruit smoothies will also accompany our bruschettas, tapenades and other homemade delights.
