La Ferme d'Augustin offers midday and evening cuisine based on fresh produce but also vegetables from the garden and fruit from the orchard in season. Our olive oil and wine from the house's small vineyard will accompany this authentic cuisine with the flavors of Provence. No half-board, our customers are free to choose their stay à la carte, just like at home... Breakfast is served until the beginning of the afternoon. In addition to freshly squeezed orange juice, you can taste our famous homemade jam made with watermelons from the garden.

BREAKFAST From 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

 

Served on our terraces, in the garden, the dining room or in your own room, we offer you a nice fresh products breakfast. In the continental version consisting of a hot drink, a freshly squeezed fruit juice, a basket of pastries and a nice bread selection with different jams, a fruit salad and a homemade yogurt. You have the choice to order our homemade granola or porridge, dried fruits, eggs in any form and a nice selection of charcuterie and cheeses.

LUNCH 

 

In the shade of the mulberry trees, on the terrace under the wisteria tree or in the dining room, you can discover a sincere Provence flavors cooking based on fresh products and local fish. Lucky to have a rich and diversified terroir, our chef develops a rich suggestions menu according to the day’s arrivals. In addition to capaccios, ceviches of fresh fish, meat selection, you will enjoy our menu’s essentials like anchovies, peppers in oil, stuffed sardine or the “Ninette” salad. As for sweets, our Saint-Tropez tart, our homemade sorbets and Natsuc sugar-free deserts will surprise the most gourmets.

DINNER

 

In an elegant setting, on the terrace, in the garden or in the dining room, our evening dinner is a nice Mediterranean flavors celebration. Fish, lobsters according to the local day’s catches, fisherman’s plate, fish soup or bouillabaisse prepared by Sophia. A nice selection of Charolais and Black angus meats, and for the amateurs, a homemade foie gras. At the Augustin’s Table, you will discover a cuisine based on the garden’s products and from local producers, colorful tomatoes, trumpet zucchini and other seasonal vegetables to garnish your own plate. As for sweets, our Saint-Tropez tart, our homemade sorbets and our Natsuc sugar-free desserts will surprise the most gourmet. In a nice relaxed atmosphere, by the pool, in the garden, under à mulberry tree or by the bar where the summer scents’ mingle with the legendary South of France’s conviviality, let our bartender serve our classic cocktails and our unique creations such as the Ninette’s Spritz composed of our Orange win or Christophe’s Mule Fizz. Mocktails, smoothies made with fresh products will also accompany our bruschettas, tapenades and other homemade dishes.
